Member’s Directory

Easily setup your association’s member directory and add members in multiple categories. Visual, searchable and mobile-friendly members listings, which include member’s logo, pictures, social media links and more.

Member’s Directory is a logical collection of users for multiple businesses can be created for different sites or groups, and trust relationships can be established between these businesses.

Roles Management

Role management allows you to manage permissions at the role level. Permission management is restricted to a few selected users. The software account owner and system admins have the ability to manage permissions within the software. This includes creating, customizing, and deleting roles.

Member’s fees & Dues Collection

eLoginTM fees module solution to automate and transfer fee processes that drive efficiency with reduced costs. It generates reports on fee paid and dues and send reminders to members to pay the fees on time. Fees calculation is done on the basis of Category selected for the members. This module displays total fees collected in particular date range by Payment Gateway, Wallet, cash, card, cheque, Bank Transfer etc. You can also export the complete data to an excel file. Automate your member dues payments, applications and renewals with our robust billing system.

Service Management

Service management module enables scheduling and dispatch. This is the central hub of day-to-day operations. Multiple Service provider & Vendor registration and management.

Various services specifically required by the members are served over the eLoginTM Digital platform those are provided by third-party vendors coming from various walk of life. Here these service providers and Vendors are managed with their offerings centrally, so that they may sell or provide free services in a controlled environment. 

Knowledge Centre

This module helps, sharing knowledge to the appropriate receiver through e-Books, Videos, Webinars.

It is important to remember that knowledge management is not about managing knowledge for knowledge's sake. The overall objective is to create value and leverage and refine for the benefits of the audience. Paid and free contents are distributed over the network through this module.
